Great job! Honestly, I am the person that normally does a dealership deal on oil changes. Now to me, ⏲️ time is money 💰 and I have been tired of waiting hours at the dealership for an oil change they claim to be "quick". Not quick at all! The dealership tries to get me to pay so much extra with things they say I need. This is where they get you. At this location, the 5 young men and Mr. Alan the manager, we're excellent. Got me in and out in about 20 min. They also showed how old my heating and cooling fluids were in a side by side thank. Did I even mention you get a warranty, top offs and fluid checks anytime during 3000 miles. So that is exceptionally important to me.
I always have a great experience when I go over there for my Oil change. They offer me water which is great I don’t have to get out of my vehicle which is even better. I travel 24 miles just to come get an oil change cause we don’t have one here where I live in town. The Shop manager and his associates make you feel like you’re One of the guys. They always ask and show you when it comes to your air filters comparison if you want to change them or not you make that choice not them that’s what I like about them and they give you the recommendation. You can’t get more American when they ask you if you’re military And give you an discount. Overall They do a great job they’re prompt and they know what they’re doing. Thank you

This location is the only one I'll go to. I've never once felt pressured to buy anything they are always honest about what I need. I also really appreciate that everyone is knowledgeable. I know absolutely nothing about cars but Alan has also taken the time to explain things to me and what I may or might not need. Also I can't remember who helped me but who ever was on shift 4/10 around 4:30 y'all are top notch for customer service!! Thank you!
Honestly this store was the best experience I’ve had since moving to Albuquerque last June. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone - from the person who handed me a water when I first pulled up to the person who waved me out of the bay - was great. It reminded me of the southern hospitality I miss from my home state. I highly recommend this location.
