I’m impressed! No waiting, five-star service with attention to every detail. I got oil, an air filter, a new cabin filter, and everything checked for less $$ than I’ve been paying elsewhere for just the oil. And I left there confident that the work was done because I was with the car and saw it. They even showed me the dipstick proving its full and has new oil. This is my new go-to for my car’s oil service. I’ve already referred 3 friends. A big thanks to Todd, the manager, and the guys and gals who made me feel so welcomed.
Wow impressive they took like 5 minutes on ma oil change and I almost crashed after but I was still good because I got a oil change, after the oil change I asked if they had jet fuel and guess whattttt they did, they added a quart of jet fuel to my tank and when I left I was going 130mph before redline in 3rd gear, the lube techs there have serious skills I will probably be back😪
I was just passing through Reno and found out the shop in my city overfilled my engine oil. These guys fixed it for me in just a few minutes. I was honestly surprised they didn’t even want to charge me. Of course I left a tip.
I've switched to Take 5 last year 2025, and I keep going back mostly because the customer service quality from the team in Sparks is 9. 5/10 rating from my experience. Also they offer to return for a top off about 2-3k miles in before next oil change. The reason I gave it a 4/5 rating is the price tag is still pretty steep over $100 for basic service. The best part about my experience is the employees lead by Kacey. Her Leadership is simply amazing in her way of managing her crew, the one oil change spot with Ladies running the show. That has to be the coolest part of their service. Very nice seeing the ladies out there working hard. Thanks to the Sparks team, I hope to get a break on my next oil change.
Dominic was very professional, went through everything he done to my vehicle. . The rest of the staff, Kaylee and Kacey for very quick and professional, they did their thing and had me in and out. I was very satisfied with their service. I recommend this place to anybody thank you guys for your hard work.
