Oil Change in Henderson, NV at 601-A Whitney Ranch Dr.

Brought my Toyota Scion xD into the Take 5 on Whitney Ranch Drive in Henderson today and couldn’t be happier. I stayed right in my car the whole time — super convenient, especially in this heat. The team was friendly, professional, and fast. They finished the full synthetic oil change in about 10 minutes, showed me the old oil and filter, checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids, and even replaced my windshield wiper fluid. No hard sell on extras, which I really appreciated.

Excellent service! ! They gave us cold water bottles and fruit snacks for the kids. We will definitely return!! Very informative visit, they told me about my oil reservoir drain plug & how Valovine put in a cheap plastic one and it was so worn they broke it at my last oil change.. I didn’t know I had an oil leak and it was needing replaced so they took care of it. I definitely recommend!!!

This Take 5 Oil change location is too good to be true! The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient and transparent with pricing. I used to put off my oil change because I dreaded having to wait an hour in a cramped lobby or just standing outside. I stay in my car and it takes about 10 minutes from driving in to being back on the road. Thank you!

I was initially upset about the fact that my preferred oil was unavailable, and had to get another one that was a little more expensive. The guys at this location turned my whole experience around for the better. I was offered water, a windshield clean and a coupon for my next visit. But above all that, it was how nice, calm, gentle and respectful they were to me. It made me feel so good that I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you so much to the entire team at Sunset and Whitney Ranch who helped me on 2/1/26.

It was an interesting experience, to say the least, haha. I went to get an oil change and everything was going well. Then they told me to start my car so they could complete an engine test, but my car wouldn’t start. Turns out they accidentally shorted my battery fuse. Although I spent 2 hours there—when it was only supposed to be maybe 15-20 minutes—Orlando (I believe his name is, sorry if I’m wrong) worked very hard to get my car fixed. He went to 2 different stores to find the replacement fuse, and he spent a long time trying to figure out how to get to my fuse box and get it opened up (because apparently my car made it much more complicated than an average car). I’m very appreciative of his hard work and how much time he put into it. And before all of this happened, I was already happy with how honest he was, rather than trying to upsell me or replace things that didn’t need to be replaced. He was very kind, very helpful, and he deserves a raise!! Thank you very much!
