Take 5 is AWESOME! This was my very first experience at Take 5. I had a tremendous experience and I will never go anywhere else. It was so convenient, even with a small wait, I don’t have to completely inconvenience my life to go get my oil changed. You will be seeing me from now on.
The gentleman taking care of my car was trying to rush things and stripped a bolt, then didn’t give me the discount I was owed because he didn’t read the screen. The lady who also helped at the end was very professional, communicative and pleasant. She gave me a coupon for the troubles when she really wasn’t required to do so. The gentleman would not talk or look at me after I gave him a suggestion for future things, he was not professional at all and through a tantrum because I offered advice. But like anywhere you go, there is always phenomenal employees and then there are not so great employees. I’ll still go back but refuse to let him help me again.
Absolutely an incredible experience. You could tell there was great camaraderie among the team. Very clean shop. I recommend evryone give this place a try. I just moved to the area and will bring all of my vehicles here for service. Thank you Take 5 team! ❤️👍
