This is the first time I've gone to Take 5 for a LOF. First, let me say, when getting an oil change, I've never been greeted before with someone asking me if I would like a bottle of water. All three gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. The questions they asked enabled them to provide me with the best choice of which tier of the oil change I would like to purchase.
Staff was professional , explained the process The only thing that I didn’t care for is the fact majority of the vehicles today take more than 5 quarts of oil, I’m not sure if the price of oil has gone up that much but I thought $15 a quart, that expensive I think. Nothing on the employees
Went in for an oil change, after testing my coolant they advised me it should be changed soon but was good enough for now. When I said to go ahead and change it out, Andrew seemed surprised I went for the additional service on the spot. They also checked both air filters and advised while they were dirty they were also good enough. Other shops I’ve been to would have insisted that everything be changed out just to get that extra buck. Always friendly when I go in. Quick service and staying in my truck is a huge plus. Will not go anywhere else for oil changes. Thanks Take 5, for being the shop we all need!
Amazing customer care and does care about the detail and the car not about the money aspect of the shop amazing people that work there will be going back there and thank you guys for actually taking the time to explain what needed fixed and how to prevent the car from going bad or the engine not working correctly and to give advice on how to keep up with everything on the car
5 stars for Take 5! Came here one day after work. Super friendly, fast service. I didn’t feel pressured to add on any other services or replace any other parts. Just got a great oil change. They do a free top up in between oil changes and give a 25% discount for military. Will definitely be back!
