Awesome service! Very professional and courteous. First time I’ve ever been here but I definitely will be back! I was in and out quickly. I was informed of what they were doing with my car at all times. They even replaced things that other people had torn up for free. It’s the first time I’ve had my oil changed in the past three years and didn’t have the smell of burning oil on anything.
These guys were lifesavers! After Walmart horrendously messed up what was supposed to be a simple oil change, I came to have them figure out what went wrong. The problem was an over torqued filter plus Walmart put an oring on top of another oring. Ridiculous! These guys redid the oil change perfectly and got me on my way. They saved me thousands in engine repair. Never again for Walmart!
We pulled in at 6:45 and they close at 7:00. Asked them if they could change my oil and they were like yeah we have time. The Manager and the gentleman working with him were absolutely amazing. Changed my oil, filled all my fluids, filled my tires, washed my windshield and even gave us waters whil we waited. Definitely will be going back. Best customer service I've had. Thank you
Incredible customer service. We juat moved into the area 6 months ago and we're concerned about finding a competent and friendly oile change provider for our 2 vehicles. Both experiences have been amazing. Not only dis the service meet expectations, the overall experience in both instances exceeded our expectations. The team was very transparent. I actually got to watch them take the filters out of my truck. Other places just expect you to take their word for it. But really the stand out was just how friendly and helpful everyone was. No high pressure up-selling. I could not be happier.
I did have a case of sticker shock. Th service was great. There are a couple of extra perks that are included in the charges. I did call the shop that I usually take my car to only to find their charges have nearly doubled. I guess we are paying increased oil charges and tariff fees. I would use them again as the service and extras for follow up service are worth it.
