Update: I want to give a shout out to Paul! He went above and beyond with kindness and great attention to detail! So helpful and thoughtful! Great place for an oil change! Greeted by extremely pleasant and professional staff members. Given a complimentary bottle of water and you don't even have to get out of your vehicle! No pushy sales tactics, just awareness of everything going on with your vehicle. Very efficient - they get you out quick. And overall very positive experience, I will definitely be back!
Great Experience! I was given information on my car I didn’t know about before that was helpful, very friendly. I know it usually takes 5-10 minutes for an oil change but they took their time with me, which I appreciated due to me being behind on my oil change, which also included them checking for possible oil leaks! Thankfully no leaks, and was provided the best care! I also Noticed their communication with each other while working on my car, verifying the process, and I’m impressed! That’s rare! Better than sitting in a waiting room for hours just for an oil change, Thank You! 🙏🏽
I had a great experience at 5 oil change. At first I sat at Jiffy Lube and it was a 40 minute wait. I looked at my phone to see where another oil service station was near me and five oil change came up. I seen they had coupons online for 25% off new oil change and Veteran discounts. The service was fantastic. I did not have to get out of my truck. The young lady that took care of the service orders and the guys doing the service on the truck were very kind and made great conversation while waiting for my oil and other fluids to be changed. The price was also very reasonable. I give these guys and ladies five stars because they were fantastic, treated me like they knew me, weren't afraid to make conversation or be themselves. To me that is great service. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and the conversation. I will be back with every other vehicle I have. By the way the other great thing is if you do own more than three vehicles you will get a discount as well if you take them all to the five oil change. It is worth it! Thank you again and I'll see you guys for the next Oil Change
Actually I only ment to turn around in your driveway then it occurred to me that I did need an oil change, I was there, an would have put off doing it my self, so glad I did , my tech informed me my transmission fluid was a quort an a half low, and my coolant was black, good lookin out fellas! Fast friendly informative, no nonsense, highly recommended, these guys won't disappoint!
