Here in Columbia MO they have fast and experienced people at this location on Conley Rd . This is my first time using a drive up oil change service, I was somewhat impressed with the performance of the shop and the set-up. The technician working on my vehicle was very kind and passionate about their service. I did notice that they were not short on people, the whole experience took at the most maybe 20 minutes. Along with the oil change, wipers fluid, air filter, window cleaning, and tire pressure was all addressed keeping the vehicle safe. Thanks take 5 oil change for your commitment to quality and service.
Take 5 Oil Change at Conley is my go to for oil changes. It is convenient with almost always little/no wait. No need to book in advance. They also take care of my car’s filters and tire pressure and even my windshield wipers! They are honest and explain things to me so I understand better what’s going on with my car. I love it from a woman’s point of view without knowledge of anything car maintenance related 😊
I never leave Google reviews but I had a great experience with these people. Very kind and friendly. They were honest with my car and told me what I needed and what might not be at the time of my oil change. Shoutout to the whole crew: Rob, Joyce, Alex, and JJ! I will definitely be returning due to great service and great price. Well done!
I absolutely love the service here. Everything I need in one place, fast, and I don't have to leave my vehicle. I was due for an oil change, and it just so happened my tires were low on air because of the cold. Got everything taken care of in no time at all. My car's stats and service needs are tracked in their computer system, so I'm always kept up to date on services and items needed, such as air filters. And everyone who works there is as friendly and polite as can be. Some people aren't happy with the higher prices, and that's understandable. For me, it's worth it for my time and the convenience.
This is the BEST Take 5 location! Shout out to Rob who took great care of my car, he was thorough, and very pleasant to speak with! I will only be taking my car to this location moving forward since it was such a great experience! Thank you to Rob and the rest of the Take 5 staff!! ☺️
