James is very kind, professional and explains everything thoroughly to ensure that the customer is aware of what’s going on and properly educated. I feel confident in the service and attention my car is receiving. Overall Take5 is a great place to have your vehicle serviced and we have never had any subpar service. All employees work with care and keep the customer informed every step of the way!

I was greeted with smiling faces. All of the staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed my experience especially because of Austin. He was extremely helpful and informative. I wasn't pushed into buying extras but was well informed before making any decision to make a purchase. I would recommend Take 5 to anyone who needs their services.

This was the second time I have ever been. Both times were the best experiences I have ever had in regards to any car services. This time Crystal was fantastic, knowledgeable and kind. Extreamly personable and seemed to be very detailed oriented and strike a good balance between what I needed and things not necessarily a HAVE to, but a should do. I upgraded my oil on her recommendation and explination. I also got my cabin filter changed. I could immediately tell the diffrence. Thank you!!

I’d give you 5 stars if you would have paid for your mistake. Or would have given me a discount for next use. In the nicest way I can say I’m not sure if she was distracted or if she was nervous about the service but I came in yesterday for a simple oil change and was upsold some new wipers because getting them at the same time makes more sense. But, she put in the system as the rear windshield wiper instead of the front passenger side, I understand it is small writing and can be confusing but you made the mistake not I so why in the world would I need to pay for the extra wiper? How does that make sense I didn’t put in it the system wrong, I didn’t check to make sure it was the right wiper, it wasn’t my job to put the correct wiper on in the first place. I’m not mad at take 5, the attention to detail was just messed up. It happens. Next time don’t ask the client or customer to pay for your mistake.

I got my oil changed yesterday at take five had a really good experience. The two that helped me were named Andrew and I’m not sure the girls name but she had like purple streaks in her hair. They were very helpful and made it a very pleasant experience.
