OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #21
I’ve been using this Take 5 location for my oil changes. All the techs are professional and communicate. They make recommendations and answer my questions. Friday my visit was unique as my window decal mileage indicated I was past due for an oil change. However, the tech that helped me, Tyler, checked in their system that I was ahead of my next oil change and that I still had about 2400 miles on current oil change (synthetic). He was kind enough to reprint decal with correct info and checked all my fluids and tire pressure. And off I went. A hugh thank you to Tyler for his honesty and thoughtfulness.
By FAR one of the BEST businesses I've ever patronized! They are always smiling and friendly! I've been going for about 7 yrs now. And every time they treat me like family! I REFUSE to go anywhere else! This particular time I went yesterday and while waiting for service my blood sugar started dropping. The woman next to me handed me something she had (thank God for her whoever she was) and a young man that was across the bay heard me ask if they had a vending machine because my sugar was dropping ...and he came back with some honey buns unexpectedly lol! He was so kind and sweet. Hats off to him (Tyler was his name I believe) The whole staff is a great choice by management. Whoever conducts the hiring process needs a round of applause 🙌🏾 👏🏽 they sure know how to pick em! Keep it up yall. From my heart to yours!
Enjoyed the process. . somewhat disappointed in myself. Technician mentioned, due to the age of car he recommended coolant flush. I told him I believe I got one back in March 2024 According to the history report they use it did not show that I did.. I went forward with the process and called the dealership afterwards. They confirmed I did receive a coolant flush and it was reported. Oh well… that one was on me.
The team, led by Tyler, were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, efficient, experienced and friendly. They suggested things that should be done, but didn’t push. They were extremely busy but remained calm and focused. The whole team did a great job and I had services done that weren’t normal for me. I love this business and it’s people and would not go anywhere else!
Although they didn’t do the work I needed do after my oil change. Their efforts to find an answer to my problem was impressive. I was amazed at how determined they were to give me a solution. Thanks for showing genuine care for a customer. Need more places and people like you.
