OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #1160
I went to get an oil change first thing this morning because my mileage was up on my sticker but my oil light wasn’t on. Thank goodness Josh explained that the mileage was just for me to come in and see if I needed any additional oil (up to 2 quarts) or fluids per the policy. I appreciate both him and Sherwin for being super nice and explaining to me how it actually works. My oil was still good and they topped off my fluids and put air in my tires. This wasn’t my first time at this Clinton location and because of Josh and Sherwin, it won’t be my last time.
I cannot say enough great things about Take 5 Oil Change. The team is always professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. You can tell these guys truly know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They explain everything clearly, work quickly, and always make sure my vehicles are taken care of properly.
As long as Mr. Marquis, Zacari and his crew are there I’ll always go for their customer service and car services. Mr.Marquis and his team went above and beyond, I’m truly thankful that God placed them on my path that day. Mr. Marquis not only changed my oil but had his mechanic get in contact with me regarding other car needs. Walmart messed up my car so bad that he ended up fixing but the way they went about was phenomenal. I truly appreciate every one of those gentleman at that shop! Their customer service skills are superb’ they know what they are doing and they communicate with you every step of the way. They don’t take advantage of you, like most shops. They were so good, every time I step foot in Clinton — lunch will be on me!
