Caden and the manager Graham have always been great to work with. This place doesn’t feel scammy at all while always giving reliable and honest recommendations for further maintenance using manufacturer recommendations and mileage on vehicle. Good pricing and excellent comfort service. They always give me a cold water and top off my wiper fluid and check tire air all for free. Can’t complain at all and I’ve been with them for 20,000 miles now. Since going to them I have gotten my coolant flushed, cabin and intake filter replaced, oil and oil filter with no issues. Rock on gentleman and keep it up.
Taking into account that it was late in the first gorgeous day of real spring, I was greeted with a bottle of water and directions on which bay to enter. the 4 man crew did a great job asking about which grade, air filters and r ear windshield wiper blade. did you know there is an airfilter in the dashboard? In and out, being the second in line, in under 30 minutes was thoroughly impressed. A+++. Definitely staying as a customer here.
I showed up thousands of miles before I was actually due for another oil change. They were honest enough to tell me I was early and to come back. They topped off the windshield wiper fluid and checked the oil and tires and let me go. It was greatly appreciated they didn’t just go ahead and do the oil change when it wasn’t necessary. The service people that work there were very polite and professional. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. If it was something that I could get by with for now, but then when I came in for the next oil change, get it changed then that was great. No pressure sales at all.
