Wow! I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Schoenherr in Warren! From the moment I pulled in, the team was beyond welcoming,
Staff was Awesome, they made me feel appreciated for choosing their service, Staff Member Denzel, and another young gentleman, were really professional, I recently have my oil changed at Walmart, Walmart did not check nor cap my car fuels, (Very important part of an oil change). Denzel at Take 5, checked my fuels for me, he and the other young gentleman explained that my antifreeze needed to be drained and replace with new antifreeze. I already knew it needed to be drained and replaced, I appreciate them for their honesty, advising what I really did need and not try to take advantage of the customer.*****Highly Appreciated. Great service. My vehicle has a difficult oil filter replacement that requires removal of parts. There was an issue with the reinstalling the parts because they were old and warn out. They took care of me so I wasn't stuck.even though it wasn't their fault. Great work guys. Thank you Mike.
My Go To oil change place been going here for almost two years everytime it’s been pleasant, The manager Mike is the best he is so informative and made sure i had everything i need for my oil change experience, Ryan was also a big help as well it’s very rare you run into good customer service and that’s exactly what i received at this location. Highly recommend and will be back.
