About a year ago I stopped using Jiffy Lube and tried Take 5 and I never had any problems with their staff or service they have always been friendly and courteous most of all knowledgeable of there jobs and happy to service my truck they are always amazed at the miles I have on the truck 412,000 miles on a 2009 F150 original engine and original parts except for an alternator and water pump replacement I would recommend take five oil change services to anyone needing that type of service regardless of the type of vehicle they drive, H. Manager truly cares for not only her customers but also her employees! She ensures each and every staff member is safe and working efficiently. She checks on her customers, is very polite and professional. We have never been to a Take 5 location and just wanted to try it out, she gained another customer yesterday! $21. ** for a guest of pull is double what synthetic oil should cost. Only changed the air filter. Never mentioned cabinet filter. Plus charged me a higher price for filter than he said it would be. I didn't notice until I loaded the receipt in folder in glove box. Service was good but after not fulfilling price quotes and prices for oil I'm not confident that my oil was in fact, changed or completely changed anyway.
