Oil Change in Metairie, LA at Take 5 #4

Great service here Sunday April 19th. Was greeted upon arrival and given a water. Was instructed to drive in bay 2 and was told they’d be right with me. They were busy and it took maybe 15-20 minutes. Then they began changing the oil and topping off fluids which was great. Went through some of my service history and made suggestions for future needs. Very thorough service. I did ask to have tire air checked and requested additional air as needed in one tire. They assured me that it would be done. However when I left I noticed that it hadn’t been done as one tire was still low and on the same psi as arrival. It has a slow leak. Other than that, very good service and would return.

I went to the location at 2124 Clearview. I've gone to Take 5 for years because no matter the location or the tech that works on my car the level of customer service is exemplary and across the board

the workers are very good and honest, once I went to change the oil in my daughter's car, and a woman, I don't remember her name, an engineer, told me that I didn't need to change the oil, I said that I wanted to change it because the The oil was black, he told me that's normal, don't worry, I'm an engineer you can trust and the car is really great, this week I changed the oil in my car, very good treatment, and I don't speak much English and the employees tried to help me anyway, summing up great spot 5takes

Great! ! Friendly from the greeter to the service people . Ask pricing questions to the greeter who was able to obtain the answer and informed me if I needed more info service ppl can help, which was very detail. No selling of unnecessary items but of parts I knew was needed. The explanation and visual of the parts were impressive. I knew they needed to be replaced and had every intention of doing so before arriving. I like how they showed the dysfunction of each part and why replacement was needed. What stuck out to me and was like great job team, was when the service man gave the number to the company and stated call if you see anything out of order call or feel free to come back. I was alright TEAM!!

Another great job by Take 5! We always use Take 5. They always do a great job, and this time was no different. Service guys were very nice, thorough, and quick! It wasn’t a minute or two before we were greeted with bottles of water (And they were busy as can be). I thought it was really nice that while we were waiting to pull up, we were greeted by two other ppl who were just making sure we were helped. Of course, we had already been helped. Thanks for your attentiveness and great customer service! We will most certainly be using them again. Only place my family goes!
