The gentlemen there are very polite, friendly, and informative. As soon as you pull up someone comes to greet you and ask what services you need as well as offer you beverages and ask are you sure/ok. Where else do you find just that courtesy alone at??? I Love It🥰 Oh and they literally check EVERYTHING not just jot it down on the paper and they inform you if you need anything other than what you think you're needing serviced. Oh and let's not forget the time frame....it doesn't take long at all and you sit in your vehicle while it's being serviced!!! I will be going back when it's time for my baby (vehicle) to be serviced again🥰🤗
By far the BEST customer service I have EVER received from any service station! These folks here are super professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything that needed to be done to me IN ADVANCE of charging me for the service/item. I had my oil changed in February according to the Take 5 sticker; I misread it and thought that was when I needed a change. The service guy told me I didn’t need a change but offered to check it and top it off. Very satisfied with the initial service and the top-off!
Rashaad and Tyler are really nice people and they make sure that they check all your fluids. And this morning, I thought I needed an oil change and they assured me that I didn’t. They just wanted to top off the fluids. and gave me a new paper to show me what my mileage would be when I needed to have an oil change. That is good customer service you guys are awesome thank you so much.
Staff was very knowledgeable in explaining what services were offered. They also answered all questions I had about services I was not familiar with.
