I stopped at this Take 5 location even though I’m not usually in this area, and I’m really glad I did. They offer a 25% military discount, which is already a great start, but the service is what really stood out.
Great experience with the female service tech. She made sure everything was done on my vehicle.
The two individuals who helped me were friendly, kind, and enjoyable to talk to. I appreciated the explanations for oil, filters, and their recommendations. I also couldn’t figure out how to open the hood (face palm), and they helped me without being snarky or judgmental. It’s the first time I didn’t feel awkward as a female getting my car oil changed! Will be back for sure.
take 5- I want to start off by saying your prices are very pricy, but I do love the coupons you have to offer. What I really wanted to leave a review about is one of your techs named Logan. the min I pulled up to take 5 he had very good customer service, the energy was positive, he was very informative. He made sure my daughter and I had water, juice, a snack while waiting. He described everything he was doing and I learned actually a lot by him. He made me feel so comfortable that I will become a regular because of him and the other employees like Author, everyone is so nice and cheerful, respectable. I hope to see Logan as a manager one day or Author. I’ll always tell people to come to this take 5 location because of the service and customer service! Thanks to whoever hired them, they are the best!
