Lee. Excellent Service and Price. But…. I didn’t like the change from Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil. I will be looking at other businesses that can get me my Mobile 1Oil. Not a fan of Pennzoil motor oil ant won’t change it to anything else. It’s a shame as I like the guys there and they always do a fantastic job are very friendly as well. Found out about the changes yesterday when I went in to have my oil level checked. If you ever go back to Mobile 1 I will return. So in the meantime I’m going to go to Valvoline across the street here in Lawrenceburg Indiana.
Wonderful job by staff very courteous and attentive got a full synthetic oil change to include engine, coolant, drained, and replenished. Want to give a shout out to Chris, Josh, Rob and Tony Who were incredibly professional. Going to take five trips are generally good but this is top-tier service was greatly appreciated. I know they could probably be other places on a Saturday then being at work, but they made The experience was wonderful as I also had my kids with me so it was nice to get a couple services done and write back on the road.
they were very nice they greeted me at the door, told me to pull around back when i got back there he gave me a water and told me to listen to what the other dude tells me to do they answered any question i had and they were very polite and very nice and sweet ! ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to take five 😁😁
I always have a good experience here! My most recent visit, I had Rob, Josh, Tony, and Chris. I usually do not know what I’m talking about when it comes to cars. They explained what needed to be done, what that part/ maintenance does, and why it’s important, but were not pushy, as some places can be. They are personable and pleasant to communicate with.
I stopped to get my oil changed and Josh gave me a bottle of cold water asked me what I was there for. Rob guided me into the stall and in a matter of minutes my oil was drained, filters replaced and oil refilled. These guys had it done and Rob was wiping off the edge of my hood in no time! I keep returning because I like this kind of service. Well done!
