Sunday afternoon and I decide to get my oil changed because I see that take five is open. Wasn’t sure what to expect but wow, this place is amazing. I appreciated the cold water and the candy bar and especially the kindness and professionalism from Tyler, the assistant manager. He did not try to pressure me into buying more services, but he made very fair suggestions. I would have definitely bought the extra filters if I had the money. The IRS kicked my butt this month! Also, the young lady that cleaned my windshield has made it sparkle like never before. I was telling Tyler how Jiffy Lube threw the skid plate from my car into my backseat because they didn’t have time to put it back on. I haven’t been back to Jiffy Lube. I’m sure it’s not easy but your people didn’t complain about putting it back up. I will return again and again because you have wonderful employees who make your company look good. Thank you. Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated the $25 coupon also!
Shane was really kind and amazing today. He was very respectful, patient, polite and answered all my questions concerning my car issues to the best possible. I must confess, he is a great asset with good personality at Take 5. I would love to give him a good rate of 20 if that is possible.
Dudes were super cool got me right in gave me a water and candy bar and told me to wait in my car and and were professional enough to ask me before anything was done and if I said no on something didn't pressure me to get anything but made sure to tell me when I can come back to get it taken care of. Will be back in the future.
They conducted my oil change very professionally. I was waiting at a door to get in, another bay opened up before mine did so they ask the driver of the car at that door to switch me places since I arrived before they did nor making me wait. This was a very nice gesture.
The guys here at the US 31 South always do an excellent job on my car. I have 0 complaints. I wouldn’t go to any other location!!! Dee, Dajuan Malicaih, and Koby are the best! !! Keep up the amazing work here and I will always be a loyal customer!
