I've been to 3 locations of the take 5 franchise and hands down, this location is the best. Speedy service, everything explained in lamemans terms (without making you feel stupid for asking) and nothing is paid for that they won't let you know the reason for, and all prices are reasonable and less by far at all locations than at jiffy lube (where I used to go)
I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Take 5! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Joey and Bridger were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the service being done. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push unnecessary add-ons or upsell me—just honest, helpful recommendations.

Everything would have been fine—they worked quickly and efficiently—except for one thing: they need to understand that I went there for an oil change, not for them to mess up my car. I didn't ask them to check the filter because, based on past experiences—like the time someone didn't even put a plastic cover back on correctly—I know that many of these guys will take things apart but fail to put them back together properly. So, I would say this: focus on performing a thorough oil change—that is, after all, what I came there for—rather than messing around with a bunch of other nonsense. If I want them to do something else, I’ll ask them to do something else; but when I come in specifically for an oil change, they should just change the oil correctly instead of taking the car apart. Many oil-change people don't even know how to properly tighten the drain plug on the oil pan—and that is precisely what they should be focusing on, rather than looking for other things to do, presumably just to make more money.
