Very grateful for the manager. I regret very much saying that I forgot his name. He took time to explain to me that I indeed used synthetic oil! Saw to it the oil change got done while also advising other workers. Also offered a dollars off coupon. A very patient and kind man explaining everything to an out of touch older gal.
The staff at Take 5 is amazing! ! I was in and out quickly, safely, and at a good price!! Will definitely be back!! Went to the one by Target and Kohls.
Ashton and Danny were wonderful and Libby yesterday and today. I needed oil and they took care of that right away and were so friendly and kind. Yesterday I needed windshield wipers and today washer fluid. Libby was wonderful. I had an appointment scheduled at dealership in one week at the time I needed oil but cancelled it and went back to Take 5 and support the business where Ashton and Danny work and now Libby.👍🏻 They are very much appreciated.
These were the nicest guys! ! I took my car late in the evening, fairly close to closing time. It was cold, snowy, and I’m sure my car was a dripping slushy mess too. Still, they were super nice and got me in and out of there quick. Explained every aspect as they did it, and never tried to sell me on anything… which I had worried about. Made me feel comfortable doing a task I was very nervous about doing today.
Everyone is great and very customer service oriented. Thanks for not making it hurt so bad $
