I was pleasantly surprised of the welcoming process, very friendly and very informative! ! They made you feel comfortable and answered any questions I had and were happy to do so, no matter how many questions I asked him. He actually had a smile on his face each time or it turned into a smile😊 The experience I had there for the first time was extremely positive and services were great and timely. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there!! I will be returning again when I need an oil change😊!!
Exceptional Service & Friendly! I had a fantastic experience getting my oil change here. If you’re looking for a shop that combines professional efficiency with genuine heart, this is the place.The highlight of the visit was the interaction with the owner. My 4-year-old was in the backseat, and I joked that he already had "work experience." Without missing a beat, the owner handed him an official application form to fill out. It was such a kind, humorous gesture that made my son’s day (and mine).

Today was our first time at Take 5 and our whole experience was wonderful. Tyler was so kind and personable. They came out and greeted me with a cold water, once inside and they saw my daughter Tyler brought over fruit snacks and a juice box. This small gesture was so thoughtful and kind. Tyler and the team were quick and honest. Tyler took time to talk with my daughter and I and makes us feel very welcome. I will never go anywhere else again.
Tyler and the other staff were great. Met with a bottle of water and a full brake-down of cost and surety of oil change. For cars that might leak a little oil the give you a top off up to 1-2 quarts and at no point past the 3,000 mile. So those whose cars do leak a little this is the perfect place they have exceptional service. Keep them in mind.
