First time at the Take 5 Oil Change Business. I can not say enough good things about my oil change. The staff was awesome! They took there time to explain the process of the oil change. They all were so kind and very professional! I really enjoyed being able to stay on my car while they did there job. They i!!offered me a cold bottle of water while I sat in my car. So nice! I certainly will be going back there for my future oil change. Thank you Take 5!!!
Everything Was great and fast the guys were nice too and gave me a lot of info I had just got my old Benz off market place the manager had helped me out big time Although he told me to keep it in town to like learn it because we didn’t know what the previous driver had done to it I drove 8 hours away to Missouri so thanks yall I did make it
Went here for the first time today I got an oil change and a air filter my car is riding much better ! Customer service was 10/10 Jason , Brandon , Shonna & Kayla are doing a great job ! Jason , Brandon and Shonna Explained everything to me ! They were very helpful! I had a good experience here ! I would recommend! Work is phenomenal! Prices are fair! 🫶🏽☺️
Highly recommend. They are quick, friendly, well-mannered, & don’t pressure you into buying extra things. They do suggestive selling with zero pressure. Elizabeth helped me today & was knowledgable on what product is best for my vehicle (she actually even told me there’s a recall on my vehicle & Hyundai hasn’t told me that yet).
I and wife had a wonderful 1st time experience here. The staff members were very welcoming from time the garage door opened. They greeted us with pleasant smiles. They walked us through the oil changing process. The staff explained the pricing and the best options for my year vehicle. I would definitely like to relive this experience in the near future.
