I stopped in here on the 10th of April to get an oil change because my oil light had come on in the van. The gentleman or the team that was there was very professional and very efficient at getting things done. I paid a little bit more because my van is a high mileage van, but I feel that it was worth it at this time. I'm not sure if I'll do it again. I would recommend the shop to anyone who is looking for an oil change at a good price and in an efficient amount of time.

Extremely friendly and amazing customer service. They dont push you to do anything that you dont want to do. If you come in for just an oil change they are completely fine with that. Other companies have gotten mad at me for not wanting then to change the lightbulb in my truck or for not allowing them to do a granny flush on my trucks. I appreciate the employees at Take 5 in Idaho Falls nit pushing me to do anything other than an oil change.
I went earlier in the day to a different place cause of their supposed quick service. The express lane supposedly takes 20 min or less. I was there for over an hour. So when I had to do my personal vehicle I went to Take 5. I have a Ford F350 and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Super friendly staff. All I talked there seemed very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Definitely taking our personal and company vehicles here from now on.
Went a few days ago, so far so good! Have taken two cars in, one Subaru and one Tahoe. They are polite and give you a complimentary water which is nice while you sit in the vehicle. They were very detailed in telling you what they're doing, what they'll look at and options for replacements. Realistically, compared to other oil shops I've gone to in town, the price is not much different than others per say and I don't have to get out of my car with my children! I will return for sure until given a great reason to not! Still do really like this shop! I keep returning with all my vehicles.
