Truly the best service I’ve ever gotten when getting my oil changed. The oil filter housing on my car was on way too tight from the last place I got my oil change done at and was almost impossible to get off but the guys at Take 5 eventually got it off after a lot of patience and hard work. I really appreciate that they were nice enough to take a couple hours out of their day to make sure everything was done correctly this time. While I waited they were very nice and offered me water and snacks throughout. And they even gave me a discount for the trouble which they did not need to do. All the guys working this day were amazing and I forget all of their names but the guys that were listed on my receipt as the techs working on my car were Trent & Cutler. Thank you guys!

They were incredibly kind. Someone at another shop in the last couple of months told me that I desperately needed to flush my differentials, and that it would be over $400. It caused a lot of anxiety, I asked Take 5 about it when I was getting my oil changed, they talked me through how they check them and settled my nerves that mine were looking great and did not need to be flushed. And if I were to have to get them flushed, Take 5 would have only charged me $200. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting honest work done.

Josh and the team at Take 5 on Broadway did a great job! The oil change was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy or overly salesy with add-ons. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations in a friendly, helpful way. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Having never been here before, the pit crew was very helpful and kind as they walked me through thier process. The upsale of additional products was mentioned, (air filter, windshield wipers,) but there was no high pressure or pushiness about it. The price was more than I usually pay for an oil change at my own local place, but overall, me experience at Take 5 was excellent!

Fantastic service, great value. Going to get oil changes as a solo female, you often feel like the shops see you coming and try to upcharge you or sell you nonsense. These guys actually did the opposite, telling me what I didn’t need, and running through everything before and after. Super friendly, clearly knew what they were doing. They even gave me a nice cold bottle of water right as I pulled up!
