Take5 of Villa Rica Georgia was above par all the way around. I pulled in for an oil change and was amazed at the service I received. The guys took such good care of my car and myself. Not 1 guy but a team completed my oil change for me. I was offered a bottle of water as it was hot outside as well. I was able to stay in my car as they performed their services. My tire pressure was checked on all 4 tires, my fluids topped off, and my oil was changed in less than 15 minutes. The team got my info and I look forward to receiving coupons for my next oil change. These guys were so polite and friendly. Nothing compares to their customer service. Please try Take 5. TREAT yourself to a top notch oil change. You'll be impressed. And your car will thank you. Totally worth the money.
I visited yesterday for my regular oil change and I purchased a cabin filter. While applying my new filters the technician, Jeremy, went far above and beyond and noticed some paper had managed to find its way into my fan and he even cleaned it out before putting in the new filter. This has since made my ac run better. He was also extremely courteous and just a general great associate to have helping me. After my service when I was leaving the manager on duty though I didn’t catch his name even asked if me and my girlfriend wanted a bottle of water for the road. I greatly appreciate the customer service and attentive care at this location.
The guys (Alex and his crew) at this Take 5 location (Villa Rica) really took good care of me. I arrived after a very long day at work. Alex explained the oil options and gave me a little discount for being a first time customer. I’m especially happy to know that I’m not leaking oil afterwards like the shop on Central Rd in Carrollton did me. Overall great experience at Take 5, I’ll be back.
The staff were so freaking friendly! Offered me a cold water as soon as I pulled up. I got there maybe 30mins before closing. They charged for an oil change, but also refilled my wiper fluid, cleaned my windshield, checked my tire pressure and add a little air to one. I went there right before a long drive and they helped me feel safe and confident everything was in order with my car. Definitely going back 👌🏾
I live in Douglasville and i drive all the way to Villa Rica because the service, and the quality of the service that I received at this location is top-tier. They literally do a fantastic job, With a great attitude!
