Oil Change in McDonough, GA at 898 Old Industrial Boulevard

Great service- my one complaint is that it is already expensive so asking for a tip on top of it makes it prohibitive. It puts the customer in a bad position to be given the opportunity to tip in front of the workers who have done a great job. This is not a service I have had to tip for in the past. We will check out going to the dealership for oil changes next time. It's a shame because we have no complaints with the service. A 20 percent tip on a 120 bill however is a significant price increase

I went to three different locations to get my emmissions. I finally came to Take 5 !!!!! As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I was met by a young gentleman who was pleasant and directed me where to go. I was coughing the gentleman offered me a bottle water. I had small conversation with both the gentleman there and they made it a wonderful no pressure transaction. These guys I wish I had working for me because I also run automotive shops this is what brings customers back. They was polite , respectful and made me feel like I've known them for years. I really wish I new there names they deserve all they ask for because there work ethic was top notch. I'll be back for sure!

The manager chuck and his employees are amazing. Customer service is wonderful and always go to this location for oil changes. The manager offer bottles of water just out of consideration, he is really honest with you and the time management is great. This employees and the manager work very hard and I just want other people to know that I appreciate them for their service.

I went in for an oil change being paid for by Lyft. At first it was some confusion & I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it but there was a guy with a fro and a toothpick in his beard who helped me, and when he got stuck on the final part with the system he went and asked for help from someone else (im assuming the other guy was a manager) and they ended up getting my vehicle serviced. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. There was a lot of people there, and they were all working quickly to service everyone. Thank you guys!

I throughly enjoyed the experience of getting my oil changed at Take 5. From the time I pulled in the guys Wesley and Que, both greeted me and asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Que took the time to explain everything to me, without making me feel like I was pressured to get any extra services. I absolutely LOVED the fact that I didn’t have to get out of my car and it took them every bit of 10-15 minutes to complete the service. Makes me wonder what the hell does Ford really be doing when I go and have to sit there for hours just for an oil change. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely be back.
