This was a great experience. As soon as I pulled in I was offered water and Travis and the other mechanic were amazing. They addressed my concerns immediately and topped off all my fluids, checked my oil and air filter. Put my mind at ease (which is difficult to do when it comes to car repairs). And sent me on my way with a discount on a pair of new windshield wipers. I will definitely be returning when it’s time for an oil change. Thank you for a stellar customer service experience!
I recently came in for an oil change and also had my wiper blades and air vents changed. Nick did an amazing job, and the trainee who was with him today was great as well. The trainee greeted me right when I arrived, which I really appreciated. Nick took the time to clearly explain everything my car needed and made sure I understood the services. Both of them provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!
