Take 5 is one of The Greatest Places in Hinesville, Ga. The young men that work there are Angels in human bodies.
I had my oil changed at the dealership and forgot about it but as soon as the tech guy checked the oil he ask if I had changed it cause it was so clean and I remembered it and was so amazed that the guys didn’t just try sell me a new oil change they took the great care of us just like they always do! ! I’m truly impressed with the integrity of those Guys!!! Thank you very much guys !!!
We showed up and the young man that assisted us for very helpful. Informed us that our vehicle was not due for an oil change due to it being a brand new vehicle. He then showed us the oil dipstick and topped off our windshield wiper fluid. Also gave us a sticker to remind us to come back. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service.
When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by Mauricio. They seemed very busy but I didn't feel like they were just trying to get me out. He was super nice and explained everything in detail he was doing and asked various other questions. I was surprised by how fast and efficient this experience was as other places just kind of go through the motions and rush you. I was originally just going to get an oil change but after him explaining the filters and why they should be changed out I decided to get them done too! I will definitely be coming back to this location!
Considering I pulled up when they were supposed to be closing down but still took the time to take my car in so that I could get my oil changed for my trip I was set to take the following morning & also were so friendly as well as accommodating without rushing through was beyond 5 star service in my book! I only use this particular location for my oil changes and services because they always take care of me & do outstanding work with no issues whatsoever! Plus everyone there provides top of the line customer service! They will always get my business, so with that said I want to thank all of the guys that helped me out 2 evenings ago cause y'all truly are the real MVP’s in my eyes!!
