Great experience, especially after visiting the other location with no help. This group of gentlemen were overly professional, made sure I understood my options & even helped me find a location to get my AC Checked! I’ll come to this location every time now! 10/10 ! All employees working 4/20 at 10am !
I went here before I traveled on Christmas and planned to spend $65. It ended up being over $200. THAT BEING SAID, it is because this Take 5 actually did their job and showed me that my coolant was low and my filter needed to be changed. Other locations around here just want the quick money and don't take that as seriously. Yeah, it sucked I had to spend almost $150 more than expected, but there's a chance my car wouldn't be running now if they didn't make me aware.
By far the BEST location I have been. I had some issues coming from another take 5 location and this shop immediately found a solution and got to work on the issue. We needed a replacement parts for the car and they were so kind and were able to source a part and even went to pick it up for me. The car runs great now and I am very pleased with their service. Will always go to this location from here on out.
