Very good experience. I showed up at 7:00 a.m. and asked if they could get me in and out so that I could be to work by 8:00 a.m. They delivered with plenty of time to spare about a good 45 minutes.
I was skeptical at first to have my vehicle serviced here because of the Take 5 stigma. I’m very glad that this location was the complete opposite of that stigma people think they usually tend to be. I want to thank Christopher and Zaydah (forgive me if I misspelt it) for the exceptional service I was given. Not only did they do the job I was there for, but they went above and beyond in informing me about everything my vehicle needed and what to expect in the future for my upcoming service. Coming from someone who used to be in the automotive industry for 5+ years, being able to do your job and also have a good time with your coworkers makes the day not only go fast, but makes the job enjoyable as well. Like an old coworker used to always tell me, “If you can’t have a good time while your at work, your in the wrong profession” I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this place for any kind of service my vehicle needs!!!!
The staff was very friendly from the time I drove in till I left the store manger was great they let me knew everything that was going on will be back i tell you walmart dont give that kind of service thats was my place I took my car but not anymore I want to thank everyone for the hospitality
