I usually go to Toyota to get any service I need done. Recently moved out to Tallahassee & decided to stop by take 5 cause I know I was due for some services. Long story short, these folk take care of you. From giving you a water bottle, greeting you & asking what service you were looking for. To guiding you the best route to take for whatever service it is you need. Not tryna scam you, not tryna take more than you need. Definitely recommend looking here if you need a cheaper service but still looking for high quality service.
Stop searching for oil change places, just go to Take 5. The crew works like a Formula 1 pit team: fast, organized, and clearly knows exactly what they’re doing. Everyone was professional, respectful, and on point from start to finish.
I came and got the best service of my life! Brandon and a young man there I think they called him Q both very polite very professional helped me out showed me where my oil should be even put in an air filter and a cabin filter that I brought from somewhere else because my husband had bought them for me They were kind enough to put them in I was embarrassed to ask but they made me feel so comfortable. They also showed me where my antifreeze and water mixture should be they filled up all my fluids and were very knowledgeable and explained to everything to me. I'm an older woman sometimes I don't feel like I know as much as I should but these two young men treated me like it I was their mother and it made me feel so good They were so kind I will definitely be returning to this location for all my oil changes They have earned a lifetime customer.
Swung by for an oil change today and the lovely staff made it super quick and easy! Alex and Brandon were angels who gave me great information on my cars maintenance but weren’t pushy at all. Very friendly and awesome experience, will definitely be back for any other work I need done :D
The guys were great, professional and knowledgeable of the services. The way they explained the details were good as well. Brandon did a great job changing the oil and adding fluids as well as explaining to me my coolant needs. He even offered a great deal on windshield wipers!
