I was really hesitant to just go into a shop and get an oil change, it was my daughter’s truck so I just wanted an oil change and I didn’t wanna be pressured, for any other thing that they thought they might find. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Kris and the other representatives there. I pulled in. They were professional. They were very personable and friendly, and after they looked at the truck, they recommended the different oil changes I could get, along with windshield wipers, which I knew we were needing, and a couple other things however, there was no pressure to get anything done. It was just a suggestion. Within 15 minutes I was in and out! I will definitely be bringing my other Cars here!
No service done. Stopped in yesterday and waited 10 minutes and was told they didn’t have the plug. I was told to go to their other store to see if they had the part. I asked them to contact the other location and I was told they had no contact information regarding that location. I contacted Ritchey Buick and had my oil changed in an hour. Needless to say I will not be back to Take Five.
This time I went to the take 5 on Granada boulevard in Ormond, and not the one on US1 in New Smyrna Beach. Take difference was incredible, I was taking care of by Joey and Shawna they were pleasant they let me know what was going on every step of the way and they took really good care of me and made sure everything was done thoroughly. And when I told Joey about my poor experience down in New Smyrna he said basically, we're not going to let that happen here. And it didn't
June 2025 - It was time again for an oil change, n I always go to Take5 - along with the oil change they check all fluids, air in tires, and filters - always left satisfied n never had a problem - plus I can stop by in between oil changes for a check on my fluids at no extra charge Thank you Take 5 employees— 2026 Feb another great visit to my favorite oil change place to go - very detailed inspection n service best place to go
Great job! He checked my air filter. It was from 2022 (they're dated) topped off my antifreeze (it was 2 quarts low) checked everything for me. I was super impressed!was at the one on Granada Blvd on Ormond Beach across from Ace Hardware and Golds Gym. Excellent Service and super friendly techs who actually care!
