John Owen greeted me with a bottle of ice-cold water right away, which was a lifesaver in this hot weather. He and his partner worked very well together and provided excellent service with great attention to detail.

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had me in and out in no time.

Did an oil change there for the first time, great experience. They explained everything, were kind and thorough. I will definitely go back. They are a little costly. Might I suggest that for first timers they offer the coupon as a courtesy. Otherwise they do a bit of everything to off fluids , tire pressure and oil change all without you leaving your car. The location is great as there is a gas station and car wash all in the same lot

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 today. I’m not from Jacksonville, I came for work and this morning my car started making a really bad noise. I stopped there because I was a little desperate — I needed to get to work and just needed a quick solution so I could drive safely.
