I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Crestview, all thanks to Brayden. I was out of town and ended up accidentally running over a large curb, which caused the skid plate under my car to start dragging. I was pretty stressed since I wasn’t familiar with the area, so I called ahead to see if they could help. Brayden answered the phone and immediately reassured me, telling me to come in and that they would take care of it.
Wonderful experience. I was blown away with the satisfaction of their customer service. Plus there too off policy will save you even more money if your car burns oil like mine before the sticker reaches the limit. 10/10 recommend
I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the best customer service I've ever received. The staff were incredibly friendly and light hearted, spent their time making sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, weren't pushy at all, and insanely efficient. They even helped take care of an issue left by another shop to make sure my kids and I would be safe on the road. Exceptional work by phenomenal professionals.
Probably one of the better experiences I've had at an auto maintenance shop. Took my wife's car in for an oil change, Noble was my mechanic and was transparent about everything. Showed me the options, pulled up records, was extremely helpful. He also identified how several bolts on the skid plate were missing and the oil plug had stripped threads from the previous job at another establishment. He managed to get them all replaced free of charge. That alone gained my trust to bring my wife's car there for the foreseeable future.
The guys were knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second time at this location and I am very happy with the service. I have not ever had a bad experience. I have been using Take 5 for several years now in Florida.Thanks for making my visits quick and easy. And thank you to all the the men and women who have given me great experiences!
