I went to Take 5 after I got an oil change at a dealership at the end of January. My oil light came on, so I called and spoke to a young lady named Adriana (great customer service!). I explained to her what happened, and she gave me advice on what I should do. She was upset for me but told me I was more than welcome to come in, and that she and the gentleman(Also great customer service) there would double check to see what was wrong since I had just gotten an oil change a few weeks prior.
Yesterday was my first time going to Take 5. I saw the reviews and suggestions about the coupons found on the company website. Sign up was easy and I received the link right away for the 25% off coupon. The gentlemen that attended to my needs so beyond friendly, informative and outgoing. He was polite and educated me about their services every step of the way even giving me advise to better my vehicle’s performance.
