This was the quickest, most efficient oil change I’ve ever had. The crew were all polite and professional! They apologized about the wait which was maybe 15 minutes before they were able to get to my car. They were very thorough and the price is unmatched. I will exclusively be getting my oil changed here for now on. 10/10 highly recommend!
Great service & quick! I was so impressed they completed my oil change, filter change, topped off my fluids in under 15mins. They were very informative about when I should come back next & things to look out for. There was an older gentleman (not sure his name) who overheard me concerned about the price due to being out of work and he went of his way to help me get a coupon for the service. 10/10 recommend!
So I needed an oil change should be simple right? Apparently not at Pep Boys! My husband called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Pep Boys. Understandably they were closed because of the holiday, so he was directed their call center. He spent 20 minutes on the phone to get this appointment scheduled. Fast forward to today, I go up there to get the oil changed. I had a 9:00 appointment, at 9:02. I'm talking to the lady at the desk. She then asks me can I drop it off? I told her unfortunately no, we are leaving out of town in the morning and I really need to get this vehicle packed today, so I would wait for it. She told me that I would probably be there for 5 or 6 hours at least, but if I could find a way to drop it off they could get it done by end of day even if they had to stay late.. I was so frustrated I decided to look elsewhere. I called around and ran my other errands. I went to good will and looked across the street..... As a fluke I see a take 5 oil change place (drive in stay in your car!).... I pull in and they were wonderful. Came out talked to me said they were finishing up the guy in front of me and that they could get me in in about 5 min! YAY. So I pull in, give them my info, pop the hood, and they are like WAIT! We don't have your filter! our shipment didn't get here because of the holiday and we are ran out of the filter you need!!! 🤦🤦🤦 So, I asked the guy if I brought him a filter, could he please change the oil for me. He said yeah absolutely, I'd happily change it for you, I just physically can't if I don't have a filter! So I went across the street to AutoZone, bought a filter, they changed my oil, flushed my antifreeze, and put in a new engine filter. Good conversation, professionalism and even announced everything as they were doing it and checked each others work.
Even though there was a customer in front of me, I was only waiting about 10 minutes and with the guys working on my car I’d say I was in and out in roughly 25 minutes. The oil change was quick. Friendly customer service. Reasonable prices. I’ll be back for sure.
