The three gentlemen who helped me were amazing. I came in for oil because my check engine light was on, I was very worried and these guys were so kind to me. They checked my engine and gave me advice on coolant and my filter and how long to wait for my engine light to go off. I ended up leaving feeling way less stressed and they really were just so helpful. Highly recommend and I will absolutely be back!
They were super kind, didn’t make me feel dumb at all, and actually took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and not just getting people in and out. The whole experience felt easy, comfortable, and way less intimidating than I expected.
First time going to the place with this type of service. When I pulled up was greeted and asked if I wanted a water or coffee. I was guided into the service bay by Obed and Melissa they performed oil and filter service in a timely manner also I had mine own oil additive and they did not have a problem adding that. I will be back!!
Great experience! I know it's more pricey, like some others have mentioned, but there is a difference with this service versus another place. It's quick, honest, and efficient. That alone is great for the price difference. Colin did a great job getting me in and out within 15 min even though there were 2 cars ahead of me due to child pickup time restraints. Thank you!
