Oil Change Service -K Standiford Avenue

Marco and Dom were very professional. It was my first visit at Take 5 and it’s the best service that I’ve had at any oil change. Very friendly big smiles l,they let me know everything they were doing I like the idea of staying in my car why they were servicing my car for oil change. Then they had checked my windshield wipers to let me know that the rubber had come off one of them so then I bought a set of windshield wipers. It was very convenient because I live right around the corner. I would definitely go back again.

The guys were a professional courteous and when asked questions, I think they answered them. There was only one time when I asked him what type of antifreeze he had. He was a little, unsure other than it was a shell product, and it was a premix. I would’ve liked to know if it was an extended life I do use Mobil 1 products 5-20 I know you used to carry Mobil Not sure what changed. But I will be back. I will just provide my own oil

Awesome service, friendly staff very polite very knowledgeable. Very communicated. Didn’t have to wonder or figure anything out. They were very vocal about how it would go and it went just that way if not better and I got a nice discount for the wait because there was an issue with someone else’s filter it was stuck or something so they gave me a nice discount for having to wait longer than usual. I’ll be seeing them in three months, unless I need to go back sooner and get topped off which is what they tell you to do on all fluids they top off.

Best service ever. Best prices ever. Shortest wait time ever. Greatest customer service ever. These guys were beyond professional and knowledgeable. Incredibly skilled, had me in and out of there and fixed things i didn't even know were wrong. Straight up saved my car from major trouble. I literally just ate my burrito in the car while these guys handled everything. Zero stress. Couldn't be happier with my experience. I was loyal to the shop I went to for the last 5 years since I got my license but after this, I'm Never going to minekee again n that's facts. 💯

They greeted me as soon as I pulled up and offered me a bottle of water which I gladly accepted they had me in and out in about 8 minutes they had to change my cabin filter and also my air filter topped off all my fluids they were both very pleasant a young lady waited on me I did not catch your name but she was really great I will come back again on my 3000 MI where the top off my oil and my fluids at no charge thanks guys I will be coming back.
