This place is being ran by one guy and one guy only. This is sad cause one person can only do so much. He is a very hard worker, since it's only him the 10min oil change is a lie however cause he is working both lanes, with cars waiting in line for both and he is doing all the paperwork inside and taking payments. While I was waiting I almost left and went somewhere else other cars waiting left also he is trying his best. I used bathroom and he said it's dirty cause he hadn't had time to clean it yet he should not be the one cleaning the bathroom so I took it up on myself to help him clean it while I was waiting he was amazing he gave me the best customer service as well as I saw him do as best as he could to help others. He should be moved to management.
The service was great! The guys working there were very informative and very helpful! Since this was the first time I ever had the oil changed in my new car, I was not aware how to find certain things they needed. (IE odometer - resets for oil life gauges) They worked with me and were very patient trying to help me find these things. I do believe the price for the oil change was a bit high, $130 for the special Mobil oil change and that was with a 25% off coupon for military discount! However, I did opt to have the special synthetic oil filter along with the synthetic oil my car called for. All in all, the service was great I just wish the prices weren't so high. Thanks.

Been here 2 times, first time flying colors 5 stars! good service and friendly workers. This second time was good, but I do have to take a star for them draining my oil before realizing they did not have my oil filter on hand. I waited patiently and did not care too much as I just got off work and was in no hurry. They were also training a new guy which seems they were doing a good job of and even did a safety check prior to having me start my car. My RPMs normally idle around 750, and after a fresh change they were at 650ish which saves gas. I appreciate the workers as they were quick to solving the issue with the oil filter.
