The associates that were working that day were the kindest people I’ve ever encountered while getting an oil change. The manager was training another person from a different location, and she was very thorough with her. The two guys, I cannot remember their name, were very respectful and very helpful. They educated me about all the specifics and I was highly impressed. I highly recommend take five on Nettleton in Jonesboro to anyone that really needs An oil change as well as all the other details that a vehicle may need Maintenance wise overtime. That is not an attribute that I have witnessed at any other place in my 50 years. I think them highly. I also received a coolant flush, and they were very Informative and helpful
Just got my car oil , coolant, and filter changed. So happy with service. Jay and the rest of the crew were so professional and courteous. Wow, I am so impressed with this place being able to find so many professional workers that really seem to care about the customers. I don’t write many reviews, but this place definitely deserves recognition. Thanks guys for being so great.
Went to Take 5 for an oil change and was truly impressed with their system but also how they are willing to make the time to answer questions. Only four tough determined young people work together as an amazing team. At the end of it all the young man who had changed my oil took a moment to grab a bottle of much needed cold water, then he looked up at me and asked if I would like one also. I was so impressed by that act of care Despite all the organized chaos.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. My air filter needed replaced, however they did not have one in stock. Cory was kind enough to go to a parts store to get one for my truck while my oil was getting changed. Very nice service.
I received great service at Take 5. Alyssa did a great job checking and letting me know what I needed for my car. She was very helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next oil change with Take 5.
