All the technicians are so courteous, I like how they explain what they are doing or working on. The manager Trevor answered all my questions and explained so plain and simple words. They are so helpful in whatever issues related to to your vehicle. I like the fact they go the extra mile mile on what they do… with excellent costumer service. This has been my second time I’ve gone there to get my oil change and other maintenance services.
I was welcomed by a young man named Nicholas. He was very kind and went over everything that I needed and everything that I had recently had done to my car. He had one of the young men changed my filter that was behind my glove box which should never been done, which I appreciated so much because it made the air coming out of my air-conditioning unit smells so much better and I felt so good about coming to take five that I would tell anyone in everyone that they need to go there because they go out of their way to take care of you.
Stopped in 2 days ago for an oil change and left genuinely happy. Trevor, Shane, and Brandon at Take 5 in Bentonville, Arkansas were absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable & thorough.
