Stopped by for a potential oil change. They checked all my fluids and filters and showed me the color of my oil before telling me I did indeed need a change. Made me feel comfortable to go there by myself and not be taken advantage of when it comes to cost and what needs to be done. All the guys were extremely nice and helpful and they even showed me how to set up my account and start getting coupons. I'll never go anywhere else! I have a hybrid that takes synthetic and paid $70
I go to Take 5 for an oil change whenever we’re too busy to change it ourselves and it's pretty straight forward. The workers don't begin anything without discussing it with you first, are open about their pricing and are pretty timely. They remind you of their "top up" policy if you need a little oil added between changes, they inspect air filters, tire pressure, clean your windshield and provide you a drink while you're waiting. It's super convenient.
NATHAN AND CANNON ARE ROCKSTARS. I had an oil change on my Volkswagen Beetle, and the oil cap was leaking. It took until the next morning to get a new one. Not only did they advise the risk of driving my car home, they let me keep it at the shop, they pushed it in at night, and they completed the repair the next morning.
I came in early in the morning and was helped by a very knowledgeable and professional staff. You can immediately tell they know what they’re doing. Just like most jobs, earlier in the day is when management is present and things are done the right way—and that absolutely showed here. The work was explained clearly, handled efficiently, and done correctly the first time.
The guys did a great job I believe there name was Matt and elijah They accommodated things when the oil I wanted they didn’t have . Overalll satisfied with their service and great customer service . Prices were affordable and reasonable . Will fs be coming back . Thanks for the service
