The service here was so very wonderful! We were greeted with water bottles when we pulled in. Then they saw my husband's Marine license plate that says, disabled Vet. The guy they kept calling boss man, came up to our window and thanked him for his service, then informed us he would give us 25% off total due to his service. Then the coolest thing happened, Boss Man yelled out "Milatry On Deck" then every worker yelled it back, and thanked him for his service. It was so special, and made my husband feel so good.
I’ve been going here for a while, but this current team is next‑level. They took such good care of me and even checked things on my car I didn’t realize they checked — all for free. Really appreciate good people doing good work. I really needed a new cabin fiter and they helped me swap it out, and that maybe simple for some but I need all the help I can get right now. With everything getting so expensive, it was such a relief to actually be taken care of instead of just feeling like another transaction. All the guys were so friendly, polite, and professional.
Everyone was super nice! I was greeted with an ice cold water while I waited. Mason, Jacob, and Seth were awesome! Mason was very helpful in choosing which oil to get. They all 3 were very polite and professional. They even informed me about some missing lug nuts. Very thorough. I have no complaints and plan to use them again in the future! Take 5 is a nice addition to the city of Northport, if I must say so myself.
I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and overall I had a really positive experience. From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly, professional, and quick to acknowledge me. I appreciated how the service is designed so you can stay in your car the entire time, which made the process feel fast, convenient, and comfortable
I was there on Feb 22nd for an oil change. It was busy with only 4 people working. There was about an hour wait, which tells me they are really good because alot of people go there!! I was immediately greeted by one of the employees, who provided me with a bottle of water. He was very apologetic for the wait and directed me to the line I needed to be in. Once it was my turn, they were all very polite and courteous. They explained everything to me and the price was fair. These guys worked their butts off because I can tell you the line never let up after me. Also....people should turn their motors off for these guys as a courtesy because it gets pretty darn hot for them when they have to drain that old oil and often burn themselves doing it!! Anyway...I give them 5 stars!! Thank you Take 5!!
