After running around all day trying to get an oil change all the Walmarts in Mobile were out of filters across the board. Decided to stop at take 5 Riley was so kind and very professional. Brought out waters. Service was quick and efficient! Definitely wont be going to Walmart moving forward and coming here from now on. First time I’ve used this one in Tillman’s Corner. Hanah, the manager, was excellent, very detailed, knowledgeable and courteous. Will assisted Hanah, and he was the same, showing me how I needed both a new oil and engine filter. Oh, and the employee who met me when I drove up gave me an ice cold bottle of water! I’ve never gotten that at any other oil change business. I am a person who understands that auto maintenance leads to fewer breakdowns and the overall life of the vehicle. Your employees demonstrated the kind of customer service for my concerns that I haven’t seen in a long time. They also checked my washer fluid, aired my tires, and I didn’t have to request it. Oh, I appreciated that the business was exceptionally clean and organized, demonstrating that your crew takes their job seriously. Express Oil has lost a long-time customer. This will be my new oil change place!!!
The group that was there did a great job. I tried 2 days earlier to get the oil change at the same place and the guy told me that he couldn’t do the oil change because he just fired someone and didn’t have 2 people at the shop so like any job it has it’s problems to deal with. I just hope it’s not an occurring problem.
They were very friendly! The guy even told me the last oil change I got they didn’t have the filter incorrectly. Luckily, I did not lose any oil, but it was very nice for him to let me know.
