I would like to show my appreciation, to the Take 5 Oil Change company for hiring the appropriate, personal. They where very courteous and it was like an experience for me, because they where very polite, as well. They talked to me, about whatever that was happening to my vehicle, so that I could get back in the road again. P. S. keep up the good, thanks again! ( Oh I actually visited the 76th and Mill Rd location.). One more thing before I go, one of my filters that is under my hood actually did not need to be changed, and they actually showed me just how clean this item was, so I wanted to say thanks for that too. Bye, Bye for now.
I was very impressed by The people representing Take 5 Oil Change! FAST/FRIENDLY/ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They checked all my fluids My windshield wiper fluid needs to be looked at, but they don’t do that here so they use their one white washer fluid and wash my front window for me so I could see in the cold weather ABOVE AND BEUOND 👍👍 you guys are great. I usually go to the one in Mississippi where used to live. This is my first time here and I am impressed. I will definitely be back. The fastest Oil Change I’ve ever had due to the friendly and courteous staff and even offered me a bottle of water stay hydrated 💧
I was able to pull up promptly and have the team bring me in for service. They were friendly, and it felt like a good team environment as they worked on the cars. All told, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. I would definitely visit this location again.
Great service, really fast with precision and efficiency! I'm hard of hearing, and they didn't get frustrated with me when they were giving directions, and had to yell, but seriously it's so loud in there! And the day I went it was 12 degrees out, these guys wearing layered sweatshirts! How about Take 5 donate some winter gear to the guys in the cold doing the real work! Anyway, great service on 76th, I'll never go to another location!
This is one of the Best places to get an oil change. They offer you Cold bottle water and is very very respectful.
