Every time I go they take time to explain what service might be best but, never try to upset me. They will answer any question they can for me. I am always offered a nice cold water. The staff is not only profesional and appear to be extremely well trained not only for their job but for future advancement. The staff is so polite and enjoyable you actually look forward to that next oil change. Special shout out to Fish Hatchery in Wisconsin also Sun Prarie thanks guys for always taking care of me.

I’ve been going to the Take 5 on Fish Hatchery for at least 10-15 years and I’ve only had positive experiences. I know a lot about a lot of different things, but cars are not one of them. It’s nice to work with knowledgeable people who take the time to explain the process of what they are doing and the reason behind any additional recommendations. There are other places closer to me to get my oil checked and changed, but I always drive the additional 20 minutes to go to Take 5.

The service here is quick and affordable. What keeps me coming back is how great the mechanics are. They are honest about how often certain things need replacement, they're not trying to snake oil ya into spending as much as possible. They are friendly to us less mechanically-inclined, they can explain the why and how of any procedure they perform. Most of all they seem to enjoy their jobs, I love seeing folks have fun at work. They're cracking jokes with one another, they're laughing, they're a fun time. I've been going there for years and the vibes are always positive and friendly.

I was referred to Take Five by the great gentlemen at Discount Tire on Junction Rd. in Madison. Nothing but good things to say about the outstanding customer service and professionalism in which the manner I was received and treated . Truly top notch in regards to oil changes . Been coming here since I got my first car in 2017, and for the first time ever I got to see a woman’s face under the hood! ! Cars can be girly too and it was kinda inspiring and very refreshing <3 (the guys are always great and respectful). It’s always intimidating as a woman and especially daunting as a young woman with trauma when you know you’ll be going to a place with all manly men who might try to pressure you to buy/spend more or hit on you. So…. Anyways. Jakayla you’re awesome, keep up the good work!
