Wished there were more stars. ... they deserve it!!! Very good service for our area. I first took my mil car in for oil change, was greeted with the friendliest people ive been around in a long time. Did a great service, had mechanic underneath doing oil change, another helper getting whatever he needed, they checked filters, topped off fluids, and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. Also had manager come over to make sure we were happy and they did their job well. Next time, I went with my cousin, and treatment was just as good... great place to go for oil change. The third time I went, they had upped so.e of the things did, I had 4 people working on my vehicle, and time spent there was pretty minimal. The oil was changed, wiper blades, fluids topped off, tire pressure checked, and filter under the hood was changed ....... and had manager making sure all was good. I would recommend this place to everyone who drives a car!!!
Aaron and Rolin were both so helpful and kind. My husband and I were on a roadtrip and heard some weird car sounds and had only a sporadic flashing oil light. We quickly searched for an oil change place on Easter weekend and found this take 5. We found out our oil change sensor was faulty. Had almost zero oil in the tank and without that stop and the kindness from take 5 and the crew could not have made it to our next stop. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. 5 stars for take 5!
Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable! ! The place I used to go never mentioned some of the issues that I had before.. they told me I should get a few things checked out for the future to prevent car trouble.. that blew my mind and was very much appreciated! I will definitely be back. I think Avery was one that took care of me. I was thanked up and down for my patience, since there were only 3 of them that day. I wish more people would be understanding that they can only go so fast to give you the best service.
I was leaving town to go back home from working in town, was in hurry to leave swing by to get oil change on a used truck i just purchased. This place was very provisional. It wasn’t quick but they was training new hires so i was ok with it i personally want them to know what they are doing. Told the guy i just got the truck so they went over everything informed me i definitely needed a radiator flush. I think it was factory antifreeze on that 2002 toyota. They gave me $20 off since i had to wait longer. They knew what they was doing and was very professional so i recommend it.
It was a wonderful, easy, professional, and knowledgeable experience. All staff were helpful, communicative, and very approachable. Every staff member that even walked passed you ensured that they at the least smiled and acknowledged your existence, said hello or how ya doing OR asked if you needed anything or was everything being taken care of. Overall a good experience. Please thank my auto service workers from Moundsville, WV! 😘
