I went to the lynnhaven location first where after writing on my windshield was told that they had just run out of the type of oil I needed and to go to the Holland rd location; i asked if they had the oil and he said he didn't know, wouldn't call to check and walked off without washing the paint off my windshield. ..I went to the Holland rd location and they were absolutely amazing!! I typically go to the lynnhaven location because thats the first one that popped up when I first starting using take 5 in this area but will absolutely be going to the Holland location from now on
The guys there were very professional and they worked together to get the job done. And they let me know what they did and what oil was best for me to use. They communicated very well through services that they provided me. I recommend 10 out of 10. I will be going there for my oil changes. They check other fluids as well as your tire pressure.
I got an oil change for my son’s car. It went fine, EXCEPT he misunderstood which of the 3 levels I chose (I said middle, he put in basic. He offered, and I accepted, to remove and replace without an upgrade charge. (I felt bad about the waste, but wanted the added protection for his car.
I just bought another vehicle yesterday and drove it to DMV in Norfolk to register it and transfer plates from the vehicle I just sold last weekend. I drove out onto S Rosemont and turned onto Hollander Road. I usually change my own oil but this newly acquired vehicle had been sitting for a couple years. It needed an oil change, coolant flush, new cabin filter, and windshield wiper blades. 356 was my total and it will be a great relief to get back to DoorDash deliveries in this newly refreshed 2010Honda Odyssey with 155k miles. Thanks to the Take 5 crew I am now sitting next door in Meidas trying to get an inspection sticker. Hopefully everything is passable. We shall see.
Out of all the take 5's ive gone to, this one reigns supreme. None of the others looked to check my cabin filter. I didn't know enough to inquire before. The team was kind, prifessional and educated me. I added a reminder in my calendar and added the Holland Dr Virginia Beach location to my saved destination on my waze. Hands down best services
