The gentlemen working there are kind, polite, and professional. They tell me every step of the way what they are doing and why, what they are checking and why, and any thing they recommend for my truck, as well as things that are in good condition and don't need replacing at that time - which I greatly appreciate. They sell me exactly what I need and tell me when I can expect to replace/examine things in the future. They made me feel at home, and we even got to share a few laughs along the way! I always enjoy my visits there and recommend them again and again to everyone!
The staff here is very courteous and knowledgeable. My maintenance minder told me I had a few hundred miles left but my oil indicator came on so I went to this Take 5. The tech checked and said it was low by 1.5 quarts and thinks the last crew (local dealership) shorted me whether intentionally or not. It could have been very bad for the engine but we caught it in time and he put the correct amount in and got me on my way. They provide a comprehensive service check and offer a wide variety of services to keep your vehicle in top condition. I will probably make this my regular stop based on how well they treated me.
Always amazing customer service at the laburnum location! I had an issue with my mothers car that made it impossible for them to complete the oil change this past visit and they were super kind, explaining to me exactly what needed to be done and where to go. They always offer water or snacks for my toddler. I have never met a single employee at this location who has a bad attitude, no matter what time of day or how busy they may be we are greeted warmly and leave with a fresh oil change and not feeling like I’ve been ripped off. They also frequently have coupons on their site and offer several different options to fit any budget!

take 5 always kills it. these guys only had 3 people working because of call outs or something and were only using one bay. They knocked out the four cars in front of me in what seemed like 20 minutes. impressive. I still wish they'd brush the leaves off my air filter before the my out the old one back in though😮💨😆
